Heralbony Co., Ltd. By extending the content developed for corporations to individuals, we will expand a continuous program that helps people internalize DE&I and translate it into organizational action. Until now, "HERALBONY ACADEMY" has provided custom training for each company. To meet the needs of individuals wishing to take the course outside a corporate framework, we have introduced a new "school format" where participants across different industries and positions gather to learn together. By making it an open format available from a single participant, regardless of organizational size, we will cultivate the ground to advance DE&I alongside like-minded peers.
