Heiwado Co., Ltd. (Hikone City, Shiga Prefecture, CEO: Masatsugu Hiramatsu, hereinafter "Heiwado") has entered into a franchise agreement with the Japan Dance Education Federation JDAC (Osaka City, Osaka Prefecture, Representative Director: Kazuya Hisaoka, hereinafter "JDAC"), and will open the "JDAC Dance School Al Plaza Tsuruga School" for children in September 2026.
Heiwado began developing the gym & studio "Fratto Piatto" in March 2025 with the aim of promoting the health of local residents. It is used by a wide range of generations due to its easy-to-start training machines even for those without exercise habits, studio programs of about 20 minutes such as stretching and yoga, and its convenience for use while shopping in everyday clothes. This time, in order to further enhance the studio programs, we will begin developing "JDAC Dance School". At the school, instructors dispatched from JDAC, who have been providing dance instruction for over 10 years with the support of the Agency for Cultural Affairs and the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, will provide a wide range of instruction tailored to each child's individuality and growth, including improving dance skills and rhythm, and fostering creativity and cooperation. An Al Plaza Komatsu school is also scheduled to open in October. Heiwado will continue to support the health promotion of local residents.

About JDAC Dance School
This is a children's dance school operated by JDAC, a sponsored project of the Agency for Cultural Affairs, the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, and the Ministry of Children and Families, which started in April 2022 with the concept of "an educational kids' dance school that fosters athletic ability and life skills." In addition to improving dance skills, physical fitness, and rhythm, children can acquire essential life skills such as self-expression, cooperation, and creativity. It values each child's individuality and expression, not just their dance proficiency. By providing instruction that recognizes each child's strengths, we aim to foster children who are confident and proactive.
