PROGRAM 1: In cooperation with S&B Foods Inc., a record 25 local stores will offer limited-edition event menus.
Limited-edition event menus will be offered by local stores using herbs provided by S&B Foods Inc., headquartered in Nihonbashi Kabutocho. Under the supervision and guidance of food coordinator Yuri Tsuno (*), a record 25 stores in the area this year have developed unique limited-edition menus for the event. We will deliver enriching moments through food while enjoying the aroma and colors of herbs.

After observing the beehives and queen bees, you will experience nature and food by harvesting and tasting honey yourself. Recommended for families.

Earth School is a food education and gardening program based on the Edible Schoolyard learning method, cultivated for over 25 years in public schools in Berkeley, California. Primarily targeting elementary school students, it connects "growing, eating, and observing" with subjects such as science, math, Japanese language, social studies, and English, conveying to children the joy of curiosity and learning from the natural world.
This is the 5th term of Earth School, held annually at Edible KAYABAEN since 2022. This event is the sixth day of the 5th term (total of 7 days), but it is designed to be fully enjoyable even for single-day participants. We encourage you to join.
PROGRAM 4: KABOLO MARCHÉ
Feel The Garden Co., Ltd., which holds experiential green events such as plant-themed workshops nationwide, will hold KABOLO MARCHÉ again this year in the KABUTO ONE atrium. Stores from all over Japan dealing in traditional bonsai, moss, and popular interior greenery will gather.
We propose a comfortable lifestyle and well-being through encounters with your own interior greenery that brings color and healing to your daily life.

PROGRAM 8: Kabukaya Bon Dance 2026
A Bon dance event where families, friends, and colleagues can experience summer will be held at Sakamotocho Park, an oasis in the business district. In addition to Bon dances and drum performances by local residents, a guest DJ will liven up the venue with a mix of old and new Bon dance music. Food and drinks perfect for a festival will be sold from food trucks.
