Heiwa Real Estate Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Chuo-ku, Tokyo; President & CEO: Kiyoyuki Tsuchimoto, hereinafter "the Company") announces that "TYNK Kabutocho," operated by Roots&Leaves Inc. (Head Office: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative: Yasunori Tsujita), will open on July 4, 2026, in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho/Kayabacho area, where the Company is promoting urban development.

The Company has been promoting the creation of a vibrant and lively town in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho/Kayabacho area (hereinafter "the Area") by attracting attractive businesses and creating spaces for interaction, while cherishing the unique history and culture of the town.

"TYNK Kabutocho," opening in the Area, is the first physical store for "TYNK," a caffeine-free craft herbal tea & chai brand that incorporates the wisdom of Kampo (traditional Japanese medicine) and the blessings of nature.

In addition to craft herbal teas and chai, the new store will offer original gluten-free sweets and craft ice cream made with luxurious amounts of herbs and spices. Through a menu that stimulates the five senses yet provides a sense of peace, the store aims to deliver a special moment unique to this location.

The Company expects the opening of this store to become a new reason for people to visit the town and to further enhance the appeal of Nihonbashi Kabutocho/Kayabacho. We will continue to strive to improve the value of the town by adding new colors to its historic streetscape.

About TYNK

"TYNK" is a caffeine-free craft herbal tea & chai brand that utilizes carefully selected plant-derived ingredients and embodies the knowledge of Kampo and the blessings of nature, supervised by Kampo pharmacist Shizuko Yoshida, who inherits Japan's ancient Kampo culture.

Since its launch in 2022, the brand has grown without a physical store, collaborating with many partners, including handling its products at accommodations like TRUNK(HOTEL), Ochiai Rō, and Soil Nihonbashi, as well as Barneys New York, and developing original blends for Toshima Museum and The Kahala Hotel & Resort Yokohama.

Currently, it is served in over 70 restaurants and other establishments nationwide, and has captivated many fans through POPUP events at department stores such as Isetan Shinjuku and Hankyu Umeda.

Furthermore, one of "TYNK's" appeals is its sincere approach to material sourcing, including efforts to cultivate pesticide-free herbs on its own farm in Nobeoka City.

"TYNK" aims to overturn the preconception that "caffeine-free means bland" and "Kampo means difficult to drink," offering a unique deliciousness that people will want to reach for every day.

In addition to the tea products themselves, the visual beauty expressed in the logo and package design, handled by Simon Taylor, known as the founder of the global design group Tomato, is also a major feature of the brand.

"TYNK" proposes a lifestyle with small "Pauses" in the midst of a stimulating daily life, allowing for a few minutes to steep tea leaves or to savor a cup of tea.

Founder Yasunori Tsujita, after many years of brand development in the fashion industry, launched "TYNK" based on his own experience with caffeine hypersensitivity. With the opening of its first physical store in the Nihonbashi Kabutocho/Kayabacho area, he embarks on a new challenge for a unique tea brand that combines his childhood knowledge of Kampo with sensibilities cultivated around the world.
