In the field of Amazon Web Services (AWS) operations, a major challenge is not only responding to cost optimization but also how to optimize increasingly complex operations with limited personnel and time.

At this conference, various companies will provide cross-cutting explanations on visualization, governance, DX, and AI utilization, focusing on the two axes of "cost" and "resources." The content is designed to help attendees organize potentially complex AWS operations and learn practical approaches for overall optimization.

Furthermore, Mr. Shuya Ozaki from AWS Japan will deliver a special lecture, presenting the forefront of advanced operations utilizing generative AI.

Background of the Event

While AWS utilization is advancing, many companies are facing a phase of further growth, asking questions like "How can we improve cost efficiency and maximize return on investment?" and "How can we connect insights gained from visualization to concrete actions?" This conference will structurally re-examine on-site challenges, starting from AWS cost optimization, and present cross-cutting improvement approaches for overall optimization, covering observability, governance, DX, and AI utilization.

In Heartbeats' session, we will specifically explain the optimal solution for cost management, including not only traditional infrastructure usage fee reductions but also "engineer man-hours and personnel costs" that support operations, with case studies.

Recommended for those with these challenges:

⚫︎ Want to implement fundamental improvements for AWS cost optimization ⚫︎ Want to migrate to AWS but need to confirm if current resources can handle operations ⚫︎ Can visualize with tools but struggle to connect it to improvement actions ⚫︎ Want to integrate cost, monitoring, and security across the board to evolve towards overall optimization ⚫︎ Want to standardize and systematize individual knowledge to enhance the overall operational capability of the organization ⚫︎ Want to streamline daily operations and create time to focus on proactive improvements ⚫︎ Want to elevate AWS operations into a strategic foundation that accelerates business growth
