The theme for KOSEN Caravan 2026 is 'Was there such a "quite fun!" life after KOSEN?' The organizers invite guests who are 'cool KOSEN-graduated adults enjoying this very moment to the fullest' to share their gritty episodes from their KOSEN days, their obsessive attention to detail, or seemingly random actions, and how those connect to the joy they experience today.

By showcasing the 'cool KOSEN seniors,' the event aims to bring new perspectives and career options to students, making it a time for them to genuinely enjoy themselves!

## Why Prossell is Committed to KOSEN Caravan
Prossell was founded in 2020 by an alumnus of Nagaoka KOSEN. Under the vision of 'Making KOSEN people happy, and those around them,' the company operates as a rare specialized agency in Japan dedicated to career support and entrepreneurship education for KOSEN students. There are two major reasons why the company is passionate about KOSEN Caravan:

1. Solving the problem of 'lack of role models'
Although KOSEN students possess extremely high technical expertise, their opportunities to be exposed to diverse careers outside of academia are limited. By letting them see seniors working in a 'fun way,' the company hopes to visualize endless possibilities beyond the existing frameworks of employment or further education, such as entrepreneurship, startups, and creative positions.

2. Revitalization of the KOSEN ecosystem
Prossell promotes the vision of 'Making KOSEN people happy, and those around them.' The company believes that when students learn about the outside world early on and connect with alumni who share the same aspirations, it will, in turn, lead to raising Japan's technological capabilities and updating the manufacturing and IT industries.
