August 8 (Sat) Event! Hokkaido Soft Serve Ice Cream Tour!

HBC Hokkaido Broadcasting (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido; President and CEO: Naoki Katsuta) will hold its first one-day bus tour departing from and returning to Sapporo, visiting three soft serve ice cream shops and tourist spots in Otaru, operated by its web magazine "Sitakke".

The course was carefully selected by the Sitakke editorial department and the Otaru Tourism Association, which knows Otaru's charms inside out. Special experiences exclusive to the tour are also planned.

The navigator will be Yuka Mori, an announcer familiar from HBC's "Shitakke Radio" and a big soft serve ice cream fan!

This tour is a collaborative project with the "Hokkaido Soft Serve Ice Cream Rally 2026 sponsored by Pococha," which is being held until the end of August. Over 200 locations in Hokkaido are participating. By eating soft serve ice cream at three or more locations and collecting stamps, you can enter a lottery to win prizes such as luxury accommodation vouchers.

The former Takahashi Warehouse building was constructed in 1923, the same year Otaru Canal was completed. Inside the Stained Glass Museum, wood and stone make the stained glass even more beautiful. Please enjoy the building as well as the stained glass. The creaking sound of the floor as you walk also evokes a sense of history.
