Hokkaido Broadcasting Co., Ltd. (HBC) will broadcast the 8th installment of "Nationwide Crummy but Good Inns" on July 12 (Sun.) starting at 3:30 PM, across the TBS network of 28 stations. This 8th season marks the first time the show has filmed during the summer!

◇ Program Content: What's the secret behind inns that are run-down but loved?

There are inns that look dilapidated, yet people flock to them and cherish them... In this program, we affectionately call such inns "crummy but good inns." This 8th season marks the first summer filming in the show's history! Under the brilliant sun, we've carefully selected "crummy but good inns" where you can fully enjoy the sea and mountains... The familiar cast of Bananaman's Shitara Osamu, YOU, and Sasaki Kumi will watch VTRs with snacks in hand, excitedly uncovering the secrets to their popularity!

◇ Nogizaka46's Nakanishi Arno and Tomori Nao Embark on a Journey!

One of the highlights this time is the first-time filming location for "crummy inns" featuring Nogizaka46's Nakanishi Arno and Tomori Nao!

The two visited a guesthouse nestled deep in the mountains of Yamakita Town, Kanagawa Prefecture, surrounded by nature. As soon as they stepped inside, a world of Showa-era retro "crummy but good" charm unfolded with faded signs and old mailboxes, and the two were captivated by the inn from the start! It's no wonder, as outside the guest room windows stood the "Hoki-sugi" (Hoki Cedar), a national natural monument boasting 2,000 years of age, exuding an overwhelming power that brought Tomori to tears. Furthermore, the two experienced activities to fully enjoy nature! They enjoyed boating and cycling on the breathtakingly scenic Tanzawa Lake, and even tried their hand at fishing for the elusive phantom yamame trout, unique to Japan! And the journey concluded with a superb BBQ! Amidst a luxurious time that cannot be experienced in the city, the proprietress, Naomi-san, revealed the reason why she came to manage this inn all by herself...
