LA-based Street Brand 'Philip Lumbang' Hosts a Culture Festival Embodying the Five Elements of Hip-Hop!

[Event Report] Shibuya becomes a sacred ground for Hip-Hop. LA-based street brand 'Philip Lumbang®' hosted a culture festival embodying the five elements of Hip-Hop! The night was a frenzy featuring special live performances by US rapper AK THE SAVIOR and Leon Fanourakis, a breaking battle leading to a world championship, and a gathering of 80 ambassadors.

Howard Co., Ltd. (Location: Shibuya-ku, Tokyo; Representative Director: Takehiko Hayakawa) held the culture event 'Philip Lumbang JAM,' organized by Los Angeles-based artist Philip Lumbang, on Sunday, March 22, 2026, at the coworking salon 'SLOTH' in Jinnan, Shibuya.

This event embodied the brand concept of 'INTERCULTURE' (the intersection of different cultures) and was held as an immersive festival where attendees could experience the five elements of Hip-Hop (DJ, MC, BREAKIN’, GRAFFITI, KNOWLEDGE) in a single day.

As the main daytime content, the BBOY JAM 'ZERO BOX,' produced by the world-renowned breakdance team 'FOUND NATION,' was held. After a fierce competition, Jon Lemon emerged victorious and secured an invitation ticket to a world championship to be held in China.
