New Training Program Launched: 'Fun and Delicious! Pan-Deco House' – An Experiential Team-Building Project Combining Bread Making and Talent Development

The program will be held by reservation at 'Hattendo Village' (Mihara City, Hiroshima), an experiential food theme park, and 'Hattendo Cafelier Kisarazu' (Kisarazu City, Chiba), which operates on the same model.

Background of Development Hattendo has long promoted 'human resource development through food innovation,' offering bread-making experiences for the general public and initiatives to commercialize employee ideas. In response to the increasing number of corporate and organizational training and site visits, the company has integrated its cultivated bread-making techniques with its expertise in human resource development to create a unique training program that fosters teamwork while having fun.

In the program, themed around 'Art, Craft, and Science,' Hattendo staff will serve as instructors, guiding participants to complete a 'one-of-a-kind Pan-Deco House' made of bread dough within a time limit. Participants will work in teams of four, deciding on concepts and roles under a leader, and brainstorming unique designs and efficient processes. Finally, participants will reflect on the process through 'Biten-Gyoshi' (focusing on positive points) while enjoying the finished bread. This content, which enhances team cohesion and self-affirmation through bread making, can be utilized for various corporate and organizational training, such as new employee training and management training.
