Haseko Group Opens 'HASEKO MIRAI BASEMENT', an Information Hub Showcasing Cutting-Edge Technologies and Initiatives

Haseko Corporation (Headquarters: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and Representative Director: Satoshi Kumano; hereinafter "the Company") will open the "HASEKO MIRAI BASEMENT" (commonly known as HMB; hereinafter "the Facility"), an information hub that disseminates the diverse businesses, technologies, and initiatives of the Haseko Group all in one place, on April 13.

This facility will be born on the 1st basement floor of Haseko Corporation Kansai, located a 3-minute walk from Kitahama Station on the Osaka Metro Sakaisuji Line. It will be operated as a promotional facility for technology development, products, and services born from the initiatives and collaborations of our company and group companies, targeting customers such as developers and rebuilding/redevelopment associations.

Introduction of Haseko Group's Technologies We will provide the latest information on the history of technology and product development that serves as a strength in our condominium construction business, our current initiatives (Haseko-version BIM and premium after-sales service), and various decarbonization efforts including the utilization of timber.

Proposals for Condominium Rebuilding, Redevelopment, and Repair For landowners considering rebuilding or redevelopment, we will introduce everything from the concept of business planning to our roles and procedures, based on our rich track record in rebuilding and redevelopment businesses. Using explanatory panels and models, we will provide specific information tailored to the stage of consideration.

Showcasing Comprehensive Group Strength We will introduce the operations and coordination of group companies in each flow of the construction, sales, and management businesses, centered on condominiums. As a place for customers to deepen their understanding of our group companies, we will explain the synergistic effects of the group that are useful to customers in an easy-to-understand manner.
