President's Address at the Entrance Ceremony

Congratulations to all new employees on joining the company.

The Haseko Group will celebrate its 90th anniversary on February 11th next year. We have contributed to building Japan's housing infrastructure by providing approximately 720,000 condominium units to society. We have a history of not only building homes but also supporting the lives and lifestyles of the people who live in them. While we 'thank the efforts of our predecessors' who built this path, we strongly hope that you, who will lead the next era, will 'create the future of our company yourselves' and take on challenges boldly.

Today, the 593 new employees who joined the Haseko Group are all 'Haseko employees' to our customers, regardless of their assigned departments. Please work together across job types and companies, cooperating with each other to create 'homes' and 'lifestyles' for many people. In the future, when you are in a position of responsibility and face difficulties, your 'colleagues from the same year' will be your support. Please cherish those bonds.

Currently, we are promoting the 'Haseko Group Mid-Term Management Plan (HASEKO Evolution Plan),' and this fiscal year marks its second year. Evolution means 'progress.' It means 'inheriting' important things passed down from our predecessors and 'transforming' flexibly to suit the times. Achieving this 'evolution,' which combines 'succession' and 'transformation,' will lead to the enhancement of the Haseko Group's corporate value and sustainable growth.

We have high expectations that all of you will grow as quickly as possible and play an active role as key personnel within the Group.
