With the Japan Meteorological Agency newly defining days with maximum temperatures over 40 degrees Celsius as 'severe heat days,' preparing for heatstroke risk is increasingly important in Japan's hot summer, especially for those with larger builds who are prone to higher body temperatures. This product was developed as a summer essential specialized for large sizes to address these challenges.

Overcoming the traditional weakness of cooling wear, where fans blow hot air on extremely hot days exceeding 35 degrees, this product features an invincible hybrid specification combining fans and electronic cooling plates (Peltier elements). The Peltier element mounted on the neck serves as a 'wearable ice pack.' Under environmental temperature conditions of 30 degrees, the Peltier surface temperature drops by approximately 21 degrees, keeping the neck thoroughly cooled. The structure is designed to release Peltier heat externally via the fan, ensuring safe usage. When using two Peltier elements and two fans simultaneously, the mobile battery provides approximately 2 hours and 45 minutes of continuous operation.

Responding to feedback that 'even with fans, workwear-style vests are difficult to use in daily life,' FOEL has intentionally adopted a casual T-shirt design.
