Harapecolab to Launch "Mineral Ice Cream" with Sparkling Candy Fragments, Pre-orders Start June 5

Melting Pot Harapecolab Co., Ltd. (Fukuoka City, Fukuoka), a company that develops confectionery resembling gems and minerals under the theme "Playing with Artful Food," will launch pre-orders for its new "Mineral Ice Cream" on its official online store starting June 5, 2026. The product is studded with fragments created during the cutting process of its Kohakutou (amber sugar candy) "Kobutsu Wokashi."

This new summer ice cream features colorful, small agar fragments, by-products from the company's signature "Kobutsu Wokashi," scattered throughout "Milk Ice" and "Lemon Sherbet." Consumers can enjoy the appearance of mineral fragments sparkling within the ice cream, its cool melting sensation, and the unique chewy texture characteristic of agar confectionery. It will be available in sets of 4 and 6, combining both flavors.

- **Mineral Ice Cream [Milk Ice]**: Made with cream from Hokkaido and cream cheese, it offers richness and flavor with a clean aftertaste. The gentle milk flavor complements the texture of the candy fragments. Classification: Ice Milk.

- **Mineral Ice Cream [Lemon Sherbet]**: Made with abundant juice from specially cultivated lemons from Uki City, Kumamoto. It is studded with colorful "Kobutsu Wokashi" fragments in flavors like Okinawan brown sugar, Fukuoka Amaou strawberry, Nagasaki Saikai mandarin, and more, offering a taste of Kyushu's bounty. Classification: Sherbet.

An optional "Topping Kobutsu Wokashi" will also be available. Customers can add these toppings to the ice cream for a more brilliant and gem-like appearance.
