"20 Toy Industry Companies Pioneering a New World" Selection Results (METI/Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry)
Key Initiatives Recognized for Our Company
1 Global Expansion
In collaboration with our overseas subsidiary, Happinet America Inc., we are expanding our capsule toy shops into the United States. By leveraging the operational and customer acquisition expertise in running capsule toy specialty stores cultivated in Japan, we are achieving high-quality store operations in the U.S. as well.
2 Acquisition of Diverse Fan Bases
As an intermediate distributor, we have developed diverse sales channels. By expanding our sales outlets not only to specialty stores, GMS, and electronics retailers, but also to convenience stores and drugstores, we have increased opportunities for people of all ages to experience entertainment products, contributing to the acquisition of a diverse fan base.
3 Strengthening Touchpoints with Consumers
As a support measure for retailers and manufacturers, we conduct customer participation-based in-store events. Through proactive proposals such as beginner workshops for "Trading Card Games" and "Plastic Models," and "Toy events for young children and families," we are increasing touchpoints with customers and working to create opportunities for acquiring new fans.
