This film serves as a highly valuable visual record of Shibuya culture in the late 1980s. This complete, digitally remastered version has been restored and color-corrected from the original negatives. This marks its first-ever DVD release.

[Story]
August 31, Shibuya in midsummer. Yuta (Mikihisa Azuma), once the ace skater of the street team 'Octopus Army' based in Shibuya, falls in love at first sight with Mari Takeshima (Tomoko Daibo), whom he meets at an ice cream shop. Yuta's troublemaking friend Itaru (Takahiro Ogawa) also finds himself teaming up with a mysterious beautiful girl (Miho Tsumiki) they happen to meet. Meanwhile, the conflict between the Octopus Army and their rival team, the Tyrannosauruses, intensifies, eventually pulling the leaders into a tense, explosive situation. Love, friendship, and conflict intertwine as the youths race through the end of a midsummer night in Shibuya, keeping their respective thoughts hidden in their hearts.
