**Background to the Collaboration**

Recently, schools have been urged to reform teachers' work styles, and improving the efficiency of daily attendance management is a critical issue. Especially in the mornings, many tasks converge, such as confirming absence/tardy reports from parents, manually transcribing them into the school administration system, and sharing information among teachers, making it a particularly heavy burden for teachers. To improve this situation, Mimamorume and School Master Zeus have decided to collaborate through system integration.

**About the Absence/Tardy Reporting Function (Mimamorume)**

This function allows parents to easily apply for absences or tardiness by simply selecting from a dropdown list on an app or WEB My Page. Schools can also set reception times and reason categories, and confirmation emails are automatically sent to parents. By making information sharing between schools and parents quicker and smoother than traditional phone calls or paper, it improves convenience for parents while reducing the workload for schools.

1. **Easy and Simple Operation for Batch Data Reflection** Information such as absences and tardiness entered by parents into "Mimamorume" can be imported into the "School Master Zeus" management screen with a simple operation of pressing an import button. This eliminates manual transcription, reduces teacher workload, and prevents input errors.

2. **Import and Confirmation Possible at Any Time** If the school presses the import button at "any time," such as before morning assembly, the data at that point will be reflected in a batch, allowing for reliable data import tailored to each school's operations.

**Target Audience**

This service is primarily intended for educational institutions such as private elementary, junior high, and high schools. The price, conditions, and timing of use are yet to be determined.

After January 2027, a demonstration experiment will be conducted at some educational institutions, followed by the goal of full-scale operation (official service launch) in April 2027.
