Hanshin Electric Railway Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Fukushima-ku, Osaka; President: Yusuke Kusunoki) will host the "Koshien Kids Festa ~2026 spring~" at Hanshin Koshien Stadium, which it operates, on Wednesday, May 6, 2026 (holiday). This event, targeting children of elementary school age and younger, will be held throughout the Koshien area. The previous autumn event attracted approximately 18,000 families. This year, we will feature a wide range of popular content, including various sports experiences, workshops for parents and children, and displays of police and fire vehicles.
In addition, within the grounds of Hanshin Koshien Stadium, a star-studded lineup including Masayuki Kakefu, Chairman of the Hanshin Tigers OB Association, will gather to hold "Koshien Trial Baseball," a baseball clinic for children who are beginners or interested in starting baseball.
Furthermore, admission to the infield stands of Hanshin Koshien Stadium will be free. We will also offer stadium gourmet options, including "Koshien Curry," so please enjoy performances on the special stage set up inside the stadium and meals while overlooking the field.
This event has been co-hosted since 2021 with the "Koshien Area Revitalization Promotion Council centered on Sports," which includes Nishinomiya City, Mitsui Fudosan Co., Ltd., Mukogawa Women's University, and our company, with the aim of "providing children with opportunities for discovery and learning." This will be the 10th time the event has been held.
