Kure Hankyu Hotel (Kure City, Hiroshima; General Manager: Takatoshi Omori) will open its annual beer garden on the 6th-floor outdoor terrace from June 5 (Friday) to September 26 (Saturday), featuring the theme 'Asian BBQ.' This year's event offers a time-unlimited experience. The BBQ menu includes eight varieties of meat, such as beef loin, pork belly, jar-marinated pork neck, and beef offal, along with seafood, three types of yakitori, and vegetables. The side menu features a rich lineup of Asian soul foods, including Taiwanese Lu Rou Fan (braised pork rice), Thai Gapao Rice (basil minced meat rice), Korean Bibimbap, and Chinese Ma La mixed noodles. Classic beer accompaniments like fried chicken and French fries are also available. Furthermore, from Monday to Thursday, limited-time items such as Korean Red Dragon Samgyeopsal, Indian Biryani, Chinese boiled dumplings, Vietnamese chilled pho, and Thai coconut-flavored Khao Niao Mamuang style (dessert) will be introduced. A 'Super Spicy Corner' where guests can add toppings like habanero and cayenne pepper will also make an appearance. The beverage menu includes 27 types of all-you-can-drink options, including draft beer, shochu, Chamisul, wine, cocktails, and non-alcoholic cocktails. In addition to the standard plan, a 'Premium BBQ Plan' is available, which includes a special plate featuring Saga Beef, kuruma prawns, and turban shells.
