'4th Doppuri Kochi Tabi' - Feasts of Mountains, Rivers, and Seas with Tosa Sake

We are hosting the '4th Doppuri Kochi Tabi', where you can fully enjoy the delicacies of Kochi Prefecture. A grand assembly of feasts from the mountains, rivers, and seas will be available, including fragrant 'vinegar citrus' (su-mikan), natural ayu (sweetfish), and hearty, straw-grilled bonito (katsuo no warayaki tataki). Furthermore, we will feature Tosa sake from all 19 breweries in the prefecture to enhance the Tosa party culture known as 'okyaku,' alongside the sale of popular merchandise featuring the 'God of Bero-Bero' and gourmet canned foods.
### Complimentary Sake Event ◎ June 17th (Wed), shortly after 10:00 AM To celebrate the opening of the event, we will serve 'Toyonoume' sake from Takagi Shuzo. *Limited supply, ends when stock runs out.
### Feasts of Mountains, Rivers, and Seas - Mountains: Vinegar citrus (yuzu dressing, yuzu drinks, yuzu vinegar juice, ultimate yuzu pepper,じゃこ味噌 (jako miso), country-style sushi, etc.) - Rivers: Natural ayu (from Nahari River; live demonstration sales of salt-grilled ayu and ayu rice) - Sea: Bonito (Tosa Kure straw-grilled bonito bowls, etc.)
