～"Hanacotoba Plus Jujo" (Kita-ku, Tokyo) to Open in Spring 2027～

Proud Life Co., Ltd. (Head Office: Kawasaki City, Kanagawa Prefecture, President: Masaki Mineyama), a member of the Sony Life Care Group, is pleased to announce that it will open a certified nursing home in Kita-ku, Tokyo in the spring of 2027.

This home will be the 37th facility in the "Hanacotoba" series, following "Hanacotoba Tamagawa" (Ota-ku, Tokyo) scheduled to open in the winter of 2026. With this new opening, the total number of rooms operated by our company in nursing homes and other facilities will reach 2,265 rooms.

*The number of operated rooms includes certified nursing homes (certified/residential type) and serviced residences for the elderly.

1. Overview of the Certified Nursing Home to be Opened

The home is conveniently located an 8-minute walk from JR Saikyo Line's "Jujo" Station and is easily accessible by car from the major arterial road, Kanjo Route 7. It also faces the Jujo Ginza shopping street, allowing residents to enjoy shopping and other activities in a lively commercial area. The home will offer a warm and comfortable living space that leverages the popular "Japanese" atmosphere appreciated by our residents. Furthermore, this home will focus on the IT/ICT digitalization of nursing care sites, an initiative being promoted throughout the company. By installing monitoring sensors in all rooms and utilizing record-keeping systems, we aim to provide even higher quality nursing care services than before.
