They chose "Hot Profile" due to its comprehensive features, cost-effectiveness, ease of company-wide implementation, and extensive track record with financial institutions. The tool allows employees to access all registered business card information via smartphones and tablets, significantly reducing time spent searching for, storing, and organizing physical business cards. It also automatically creates a customer database, visualizing connections between departments and employees, aiding in customer information handover and identifying new sales opportunities. Additionally, registered business card information can be used as a smartphone phonebook, displaying caller names even if not saved, thereby speeding up sales responses.
