Hakutsuru to Hold 'Sake Brewery Open House' (Free Admission) on May 23! ~Frozen Sake and Kobe Wine Debut at Paid Tastings!~

Hakutsuru Sake Brewing Co., Ltd. will hold the 'Hakutsuru Spring 2026 'Sake Brewery Open House'' on Saturday, May 23, 2026, with the aim of contributing to the local community, developing demand for sake, and promoting the Hakutsuru brand. This event will be held at two venues: the head office/sake museum side and the product factory side. At the head office/sake museum side, in addition to the popular lucky bags and factory tours held annually, there will also be sales of Kobe vegetables and activities for children. The product factory side will feature the customary paid tastings, food stalls and kitchen cars by local businesses and residents, and a stage with professional performances, sake brewing songs, and barrel rolling shows. Scenes from past Sake Brewery Open Houses This year's paid tastings will feature 'Hakutsuru Blanc' frozen sake, which was popular at the 2025 Osaka-Kansai Expo, as well as the debut of Kobe wine and 'Kobe Cabernet Sauvignon Juice,' a juice made from 100% Kobe-grown wine grapes. Please enjoy pairing these with the carefully selected dishes and desserts from the food stalls and kitchen cars. A covered dining area will be provided, so you can enjoy the event safely even in the rain. At the Kobe vegetable sales, local Kobe farmers will directly sell fresh vegetables and rice (Kobe rice), among other items. For children's activities, we will offer paper-making experiences using recycled sake packs and super ball scooping. In addition, outdoor goods, in cooperation with Logos, will be set up on the lawn south of the Hakutsuru Sake Brewery Museum and will be open exclusively to parent-child pairs. To ensure a safe and enjoyable experience for families, drinking alcohol on the lawn is prohibited. We have many other activities planned for the 'Sake Brewery Open House.'
