Pursuant to the Financial Instruments and Exchange Act, Hakuto Co., Ltd. hereby submits its Amended Securities Report for the 73rd fiscal period (April 1, 2024 to March 31, 2025). This amendment is made to correct an accounting error identified in the inventory valuation at the end of the previous fiscal year. As revised, consolidated net sales amount to JPY 184.2 billion, representing a 2.3% increase year-on-year, while net income stands at JPY 9.8 billion, a 1.8% decrease.
