ReD. Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Norihiro Yagi; hereinafter "ReD."), a group company of Hakuhodo DY Holdings Inc. (Head Office: Minato-ku, Tokyo; President and CEO: Taio Nishiyama; hereinafter "Hakuhodo DY Holdings"), will change its company name to "Magicx consulting Inc." (hereinafter "Magicx consulting") to further grow the consulting business within the Hakuhodo DY Group.

Under its service brand "Magicx consulting," ReD. has provided support and assistance for a wide range of corporate transformation themes, from conceptualization to execution and establishment, focusing on business strategy and AI, and spanning DX, IT, marketing, and change management. The company's consultants have a track record of collaborating with the diverse talent within the Hakuhodo DY Group, including digital marketers, creators, data scientists, and engineers, to formulate unique strategies and support transformation activities. Furthermore, by combining consulting expertise with ideas originating from digital marketing and creativity, they have achieved numerous successful projects that have significantly contributed to the business growth of client companies.
