The core of this alliance is the joint development of 'Expert AI,' an AI service that learns experts' perspectives, judgment criteria, and thought processes. By organically combining AI analysis with the insights of real experts, the companies aim to realize new decision-making support for business expansion and new business development. They will also promote new service development leveraging their respective strengths and sales collaboration through mutual utilization of their customer bases to accelerate business growth. The background to this alliance is the increasing importance of expert knowledge for differentiated decision-making, as generative AI has significantly shortened the cost and time for information gathering and initial analysis. VisasQ has an expert network of over 800,000 people domestically and internationally, with a track record of implementation in one out of four TSE Prime-listed companies as of March 2026, and approximately 120,000 interview matching supports annually from March 2024 to February 2025. Hakuhodo has been working to structure and visualize human decision-making and tacit knowledge through AI, exemplified by their CX Creative Bureau's 'B2B Deep Insight with AI' and 'Virtual Consumers' services. The jointly developed 'Expert AI' service will automatically provide market research, competitive analysis, and strategic planning insights by learning expert perspectives, judgment criteria, and thought processes. It will support both B2C and B2B domains. The service is designed to have AI handle common industry knowledge and market conventions, while connecting to real experts for deep insights and final decision-making in specific contexts. This creates a new form of decision-making support that organically integrates AI and human expertise. In the future, the companies will continue to promote new service development and sales collaboration utilizing their customer bases.
