Background and Purpose of Opening the "Nagoya Higashi Sales Office" Aichi Prefecture, including Nagoya City where the new office is located, is an area with high housing demand, boasting one of the largest markets in Japan for "newly built owner-occupied housing starts." In 2023, the number of owner-occupied housing starts was 15,522, which is among the highest levels in the country. *1

In recent years, there has been a shift in market structure, with the proportion of ready-built houses (subdivision homes) exceeding 40% of total detached housing starts. *1 Furthermore, within Nagoya City, major housing manufacturers are shifting toward high-priced properties and products that emphasize added value—such as design, housing performance, and lifestyle proposals—targeting relatively high-income earners.
