HAI ROBOTICS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Toshio Suzue; hereinafter "HRJ"), which provides warehouse automation solutions using logistics robots, has announced the latest update to its robot solution "HaiPick Climb" that maximizes the value of warehouse space. This update further improves storage efficiency and processing capacity, making it possible to utilize it in a wide range of sites, not only in logistics warehouses but also for parts storage in the manufacturing industry and supplying components to production lines.

Double deep function added to HaiPick Climb

HaiPick Climb can now transport totes to the picking station within a minimum of 2 minutes using agile robots and advanced system control, enabling a maximum of 4,000 transportation processes per hour. Since inventory totes and order totes are transported directly to the operator's hands, operators can perform side-by-side picking without walking or performing additional work, achieving stable shipping processing and high work efficiency.

In this update, it newly supports a double deep storage configuration. By combining it with a compact system design, it achieves high-density storage of up to 45,000 totes per 1,000 square meters, significantly improving the utilization efficiency of limited warehouse space and factory storage areas. In logistics and manufacturing sites where the number of SKUs is increasing and high-mix low-volume production is advancing, it is possible to expand storage capacity without expanding facilities.

Automatic tray transport

In addition, HaiPick Climb adopts a flexible design that allows cardboard boxes and individual items to be processed directly in their original packaging, reducing the decanting (transfer) work required in conventional automated warehouses. By utilizing the automatic tray/detray function, it supports not only picking work in logistics warehouses but also the automation of inter-process logistics and component supply in the manufacturing industry, while maintaining efficient Goods-to-Person operations.

HRJ will exhibit the evolved HaiPick Climb at the Kansai Logix 2026. At the venue, in collaboration with Yamazen Corporation, a leading manufacturing trading company, an automated demonstration combining HaiPick Climb and TECHMAN handling robots will be conducted. Reproducing a series of processes from retrieval from the robot warehouse to picking and storage, visitors can experience the automation of receiving and shipping operations in warehouse operations.

Furthermore, the transport robot AGV/AMR "K1200" with a maximum payload capacity of 1,200 kg is also scheduled to be exhibited for reference. K1200 promotes automation in logistics and manufacturing sites.
