HAI ROBOTICS JAPAN Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Iruma-gun, Saitama Prefecture; Representative Director: Toshio Suzue; hereinafter "HRJ"), a provider of warehouse automation solutions using logistics robots, has announced the latest update to its robot solution "HaiPick Climb," which maximizes the value of warehouse space. This update further improves storage efficiency and processing capacity, enabling its use in a wide range of sites, not only logistics warehouses but also for parts storage in manufacturing and material supply to production lines.

HaiPick Climb's new double-deep functionality

HaiPick Climb can transport totes to picking stations within a minimum of 2 minutes with agile robots and advanced system control, capable of handling up to 4,000 transfers per hour. Since inventory totes and order totes are transported directly to the operator's hand, operators can perform parallel picking without walking or additional work, achieving stable shipping processing and high operational efficiency.

This update newly supports **double-deep storage configuration**. Combined with a compact system design, it achieves **high-density storage of up to 45,000 totes per 1,000㎡**, significantly improving the utilization efficiency of limited warehouse spaces and in-factory storage areas. This allows for the expansion of storage capacity without facility expansion in logistics and manufacturing sites where the number of SKUs is increasing and diversified small-lot production is advancing.

Automatic tray conveyance

Furthermore, HaiPick Climb adopts a flexible design that can directly process cardboard boxes and single items in their original packaging, reducing the decanting (transfer) work required in conventional automated warehouses. By utilizing automatic tray/detray functions, it supports not only picking operations in logistics warehouses but also inter-process logistics and material supply automation in manufacturing, while maintaining efficient Goods-to-Person operations.

HRJ will exhibit the evolved HaiPick Climb at the **Kansai Logistics Exhibition 2026**. At the venue, in collaboration with **Yamazen Corporation, a leading trading company in manufacturing**, an automation demonstration combining **HaiPick Climb and TECHMAN handling robots** will be conducted. Visitors can experience the automation of inbound and outbound operations in warehouse operations by replicating a series of processes from robot warehouse retrieval, picking, to storage.

Additionally, the AGV/AMR "K1200," a transport robot with a maximum payload capacity of 1,200kg, is also planned for reference exhibition. K1200 will promote automation in logistics and manufacturing sites.
