■ 1.5 Years with KINOKUNIYA: A New Proposal in a New 'Place'

We hope you will feel our philosophy of 'free sake making' in the heart of Shibuya during the Golden Week holidays starting from '4/28 (Shibuya Day).'
■ Menu: Signature Brand and the Long-awaited Unreleased LAB_ Series

1. Hanauta Hops (#Signature Brand)
Fermented with 'Karakusa' (native Japanese hops) and the legendary domestic hop 'Sorachi Ace' along with rice. This is our most popular brand, embodying 'free sake making' with a juicy flavor reminiscent of grapefruit and lychee.
2. Twilight Brew [haccoba LAB_ × SMITH TEAMAKER] (#Advance Offering #Limited Production)
A latest, unreleased work using tea leaves from 'SMITH TEAMAKER,' a tea brand from Portland, USA. It features a complex, deep flavor where sencha and herbal notes overlap. This will be specially offered in advance for this project.

■ About haccoba Co., Ltd.
Established in February 2021 in Odaka, a town in Fukushima where the population temporarily became zero due to evacuation after the nuclear accident. Since July 2023, they have also operated a brewery in the neighboring town of Namie. Under the philosophy of 'Making Sake Making Free,' they express ancient 'Doburoku' culture and recipes in a modern way, creating sake beyond genre boundaries. Since 2024, they have organized the local festival 'YoiYoi' with Gotch (ASIAN KUNG-FU GENERATION) and collaborated with JR East to transform the nearest unmanned station (Odaka Station) into a brewery and public market. They seriously aim to reclaim autonomous regional culture and the culture of free sake making through their business.
