AI Craft Studio Certifies 25 'Senior Generators' Selected from Approximately 700 Generators

Hakuhodo Products (Headquarters: Koto-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director and President: Masakazu Hashimoto), a company implementing customer touchpoint creation, has newly certified 25 'Senior Generators,' specialized AI professionals responsible for creation in the generative AI era, within its 'AI Craft Studio.' Senior Generators are personnel evaluated and certified for their production capabilities, judgment, and risk management skills through training programs and actual projects, selected from approximately 700 generators within the company. Furthermore, as a system to advance the sophistication of AI utilization, the AI Craft Studio launched as an internal cross-organizational unit in April 2026.

As generative AI becomes more accessible and we enter an era where anyone can use AI, the role of 'professionals' in the creative field is being re-examined. Against this backdrop, Hakuhodo Products has positioned creators who utilize generative AI as 'Generators' and has been promoting their development and expansion. Currently, the number of Generators, creators who utilize generative AI with an understanding of tools and brands, has grown to approximately 700 within the company, and AI utilization is progressing in various stages of the creative process. Within this context, AI Craft Studio has positioned individuals who can consistently handle design, implementation, quality, and risk in actual projects as specialists and certified 25 of them as 'Senior Generators.'

The 25 newly certified Senior Generators have acquired practical creative literacy, including generation, verification, and risk management, through training programs and workshops conducted by AI Craft Studio over the past year. The certification criteria include their ability to design creative work based on generative AI and their practical knowledge and judgment regarding balancing expression and risk. Moving forward, the company plans to continuously operate the training and selection system and gradually expand the number of Senior Generators to 100 within fiscal year 2026.
