由博報堂Gravity(總公司:東京都千代田區,代表取締役社長:黒原 康之)的專業知識與博報堂C's(總公司:東京都澀谷區,代表取締役社長:須之内 元也)的技術融合而成的專案團隊「CREATIVE SESSION」,企劃並製作了株式會社SHIPS的創立50週年活動「CRAFTMAN, SHIPS」,並於在泰國芭達雅舉辦的「ADFEST 2026(倫敦廣告獎)」中,榮獲FILM CRAFT部門的「GOLD(金獎)」以及PRINT & OUTDOOR CRAFT部門的「SILVER(銀獎)」。
繼「Spikes Asia 2026」的最高獎項「Grand Prix」之後,這是在亞洲兩大廣告獎項中連續獲獎的壯舉。
ADFEST創立於1998年,是代表亞太地區的首屈一指的國際創意節。該獎項以表彰廣告、行銷、數位、製作等廣泛領域的傑出創意而聞名,是全球公認的權威獎項。今年以「Human+」為主題,在AI等科技不斷進步的時代,質疑人類的創造力能否創造新的價值。本次活動以「最好的日常」為宗旨,將SHIPS 50年來堅定不移的態度融入「青澀前行。」的宣言中。活動完全排除了數位加工,採用了也用於「船帆」的帆布材質,以及象徵品牌的藍色線材作為素材,並透過服裝製作的根本「刺繡」技藝,以壓倒性的工匠精神將其視覺化。
在AI能在幾分鐘內生成影像的時代,本活動耗費了600小時,使用了長達42.5公里的線材,製作了數百張「刺繡畫格(影格)」,並將其製成動畫,透過製作服裝的工匠之手,表現出品牌所蘊含的「對服裝的無比熱愛」。
