[GYRO HOLDINGS] Acquires 100% of T.O LAB shares, adding bakery brands like "BAKERIES LAB." to the group

GYRO HOLDINGS Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo; President: Juichi Nemoto), which operates approximately 90 restaurant brands with 246 locations nationwide, has decided to acquire all shares of T.O LAB Co., Ltd. (Headquarters: Funabashi, Chiba; President: Tetsuhiro Tokumura) on May 25, 2026 (Monday), making it a subsidiary. T.O LAB operates multiple bakery brands, including "BAKERIES LAB." Through this M&A, we aim to expand our brand portfolio and promote regional store opening strategies to strengthen our competitiveness in the food service market. The company operates 4 directly managed stores and 24 franchise stores, possessing extensive know-how in the bakery business, from product development to store operations and franchise headquarters functions. We believe these insights will create significant synergies in new business development and brand expansion within our group. GYRO HOLDINGS will continue to work toward further business expansion and improvement of corporate value while leveraging the individuality and strengths of each group company.
