Gunze Packaging System Co., Ltd., a consolidated subsidiary of Gunze Limited, has decided to implement a price revision for the products it sells, effective for shipments from May 1, 2026. Concurrently, in order to maintain a stable supply of products amidst the recent unstable socio-political situation, we kindly request the cooperation of our business partners. Products subject to price revision: Shrink-labeled products. 1. Background and Reasons for Price Revision: Currently, raw material prices and logistics costs are continuously rising due to the intensification of tensions in the Middle East. Amidst successive price revisions by raw material manufacturers and logistics companies, Gunze Packaging System Co., Ltd. has strived to maintain prices through thorough cost reductions and production efficiency improvements. However, it has become extremely difficult to continue the stable supply of products solely through self-effort. Therefore, prioritizing the uninterrupted delivery of our products, we will unfortunately implement the following price revisions. 2. Request for Cooperation in "Appropriate Ordering" to Maintain Stable Product Supply: With limited supply resources, in order to deliver products fairly and without interruption to all customers, we request your understanding in the following three points: (1) Request for early pickup: To prevent logistics stagnation and increase turnover rate. (2) Request for minimum necessary ordering: To prevent inventory imbalances and ensure distribution across the entire market.
