Part of the ingredients include SAKE HUNDRED’s 15-year ice-temperature-aged vintage sake “RAIHI.” Produced at Nagai Sake Brewery in Gunma, MIKKA is crafted through a meticulous process combining traditional in-bottle secondary fermentation with a blend of aged sake and new sake.
