Keyware is an SIer with strengths in IT infrastructure construction and operation, in addition to system development. To address customer cybersecurity challenges, Keyware is promoting the development of cybersecurity personnel and the enhancement of security service provision capabilities, while also working to improve security response capabilities in development sites to strengthen AI-driven development capabilities. The company announced initiatives related to security personnel development in January 2026 (*1), and the introduction of this training program is part of ongoing investment in security personnel development. This will bring the cumulative number of trainees, including Keyware and its group subsidiaries, to over 500 (*2).

Supporting Keyware's Cybersecurity Personnel Development and Enhancement of Security Response Capabilities in AI-Driven Development

Keyware is an independent SIer with strengths in IT infrastructure construction and operation, in addition to system development. In recent years, with the advancement of DX, cloud utilization, and the spread of generative AI, the security risks associated with corporate IT utilization have become increasingly diverse. Furthermore, with the sophistication of cyberattacks, the importance of proposing, designing, and responding with security considerations at each stage of system development, implementation, and operation is growing.

In this context, Keyware is promoting the development of cybersecurity personnel and the enhancement of security service provision capabilities to address customer cybersecurity challenges. This time, AI security training will be provided to 150 engineers from Keyware and its group companies to support their understanding of risks associated with generative AI utilization and to improve their security response capabilities in development operations. SecuriST® "Certified AI Security Engineer": 150 Engineers Acquire AI Security Skills

With the spread of generative AI, companies are required to respond to AI-related security risks. At Keyware, 150 engineers from the company group are acquiring AI security knowledge and skills by taking the SecuriST® "Certified AI Security Engineer (AI Security Course for Engineers)" program. SecuriST® "Practical DevSecOps Introductory Course": Promoting Secure, High-Quality, and Rapid Development

To achieve DX in response to rapid changes in the business environment and technological innovation, the concept of incorporating security from the development stage is becoming important. By taking the SecuriST® "Practical DevSecOps Introductory Course," participants will learn the basic concepts of DevSecOps and practical skills for balancing development speed and security based on the "shift-left" strategy of integrating security into CI/CD pipelines, thereby strengthening the development system that considers security.

SecuriST® "Certified Vulnerability Assessor": Strengthening Diagnostic Service Provision System Through Training of Diagnostic Personnel
