In 2026, the French fashion brand NINA RICCI will debut a new line called 'NINA RICCI DAYS.' Inheriting the elegance and femininity that are the DNA of the heritage maison founded in Paris in 1932, this new line is designed to accompany the diverse daily lives of modern women. Under the concept 'One Woman, Many Days,' it proposes a wardrobe that beautifully and comfortably colors a woman's happy days, busy days, and special days. In addition to sophisticated, ageless designs that can be worn across seasons and scenes, all items use sustainable materials that are environmentally friendly. It also features functionality such as washable specifications for home care, contact cooling, and water repellency, which are suitable for Japan's hot and humid climate. The first collection, '#01,' features 30 items inspired by NINA RICCI's archives, using materials that consider the environment and animal welfare. Delicate and feminine details such as the brand's iconic ribbon motif, grosgrain, satin, and velvet are scattered throughout. The lineup includes bow-tie blouses made from 'ECO BLUE®' recycled polyester derived from waste PET bottles, satin bomber jackets using recycled nylon, organic cotton tops, gathered waist dresses using Asahi Kasei's regenerated cellulose fiber 'Bemberg™' (cupro), and RWS-certified merino wool & cashmere cardigans that consider animal welfare and environmental protection. The collection offers a wardrobe that is sustainable, easy to use for daily life, and suitable for special occasions, all while exuding the elegance unique to the maison. Sales will begin in July 2026 at select shops, department stores, and IZA stores nationwide.
