We will further strengthen our business expansion through M&A for non-continuous growth and the accompanying PMI (Post Merger Integration) structure.

GROWTH VERSE continues to expand its business through active M&A, including the group integration of the marketing AI Agent 'AIMSTAR,' the foot traffic analysis AI Agent 'Miseshiru,' and the sales management AI Agent 'Zero' in 2024, and the subsidiary acquisition of 'Denwa Hoso Kyoku,' which provides the customer support AI Agent 'DHK CANVAS,' in 2025.

To maximize synergy among our diversifying AI Agent businesses and strengthen our organizational foundation, we have welcomed Mr. Yu Shimamura, who served as the product manager for 'Hot Pepper Beauty' at Recruit Co., Ltd., as our Head of Business Growth. Leveraging Mr. Shimamura's extensive experience in business management and product management, we will work on building a PMI organization for future M&A and further growing each business.

**Mr. Shimamura's Profile**

After graduating, he joined Simplex Inc., where he experienced the entire development process of foreign exchange trading systems. Later, at Recruit Co., Ltd., he served as a product manager (PdM) and in business development in the beauty and dining sectors. At the same company, he was appointed as the product manager for 'Hot Pepper Beauty,' leading the business growth in the beauty sector. He joined GROWTH VERSE Inc. in April 2026.
