Background

Setagaya Ward plans to reconstruct its representative telephone, Setagaya Call, general branch office representative telephones, branch offices, and ward resident affairs division representative telephones into the "Setagaya Ward Office Inquiry Center (nickname: Setagaya Call)" by June 1, Reiwa 9, with the aim of centralizing and clarifying resident inquiry points and improving resident services.

This demonstration experiment aims to verify the effectiveness of AI-powered automated response operations and management, with a view to providing 24-hour support at the integrated inquiry center.
