Ureru Net Advertising Group Co., Ltd. has signed a basic agreement to acquire all shares of Parrot Beak Co., Ltd., a company specializing in mobile systems and communication services. Parrot Beak, which generates 1.463 billion yen in revenue and is profitable, focuses on mobile systems for local governments and mobile communication services. The government-focused system business provides stable, stock-based revenue through public infrastructure management, while the communication business is poised for growth due to the expanding eSIM market. By integrating Parrot Beak's SIM/eSIM expertise with the terminal rental business of the group's subsidiary, JCNT, the company aims to enhance its competitiveness in the telecommunications infrastructure sector and create new revenue streams. The acquisition is scheduled to be completed in August 2026.
