Raise your energy level when greeting ⇒ Convey a sense of security that "this person is reliable."
Remove earphones at the meeting place ⇒ Be polite and seize business opportunities.
Write your autograph first upon arriving at the dressing room ⇒ Act with consideration for the other person's perspective.

Wish for sunny weather for outdoor events ⇒ Prepare to deliver your best performance.
Don't try to disappear at the meeting place ⇒ Communication that reassures the other party.
Chapter 2 Relationship Manual
Managers are comedians' trainers, and comedians are managers' trainers ⇒ Don't hesitate to communicate what's necessary.
"Direction" has immense power. Don't go against it ⇒ To lead to future work.
Never fall for a beautiful woman in the position of "AP" ⇒ Always act with awareness of your position.
Don't announce your highest monthly income on social media. It's hard to laugh at jokes from rich comedians ⇒ Consideration to avoid causing discomfort or inferiority.
90% of sales are decided by seat position ⇒ How to judge the "right distance for communication."
Don't greet only one member of a comedy duo ⇒ Don't damage the relationship with "unintentional rudeness."
Don't mention your stage appearance count even if asked ⇒ "Appealing to be busy" is a sign of insecurity.
What's the point of going home on an earlier train? ⇒ Earn trust by seeing things through with passion until the end.
Chapter 3 Manual for Surviving a Stressful Society
Meeting at 9 AM, don't say it's early. It's late by general standards. Meeting at 7 AM, don't say it's very early. It's normal by general standards ⇒ It's easier to live by considering yourself fortunate rather than complaining.
Happenings at sales venues become assets ⇒ Life becomes richer by simply changing your interpretation.
It's better to expect that accidents will happen ⇒ A mindset to respond calmly no matter what happens.
Feel at ease by looking at comedians who are less successful than you ⇒ Survival strategy to maintain performance.
"Pay back debt with success" is a myth. "Live in expensive rent to become successful" is also a myth ⇒ Living with your feet on the ground leads to happiness.
Be grateful for instant noodles while being wary of the hot water from the pot ⇒ Thorough pre-checks allow for stress-free living.
Know how sales are decided. Your rival is the Hokkaido product fair ⇒ Avoid futile stress by understanding how society works.
Have places to relieve stress in various locations nationwide ⇒ Consciously decide these as part of self-management.
Chapter 4 Manual for Mindset and Behavior
Thank the benefactor who secured the sale ⇒ Understand how sales are made and give your all at the venue.
Listen to sales meeting discussions as if for the first time ⇒ It's important to approach with a willingness to understand.
Veterans create laughter that doesn't hurt anyone ⇒ Approach with mutual support in mind.
No matter how much you bomb, you get paid ⇒ A mindset to avoid pushing yourself too hard.
Don't rush your performance time ⇒ Responsibility to fulfill the given time.
Sales are not a stepping stone to TV ⇒ A consistent attitude is necessary to be trusted long-term.
Chapter 5 Yoshimoto Kogyo's Unique Manual
Gratefully perform at any theater ⇒ To continuously update yourself.
Recommended for sales management: "PC management" instead of "handheld management" ⇒ Gain great happiness by abandoning petty pride.
Comedians with the last weekend of October and the first weekend of November free are in trouble ⇒ Show your presence and don't get left behind during the busy season.
Don't act superior to staff and writers ⇒ This act will eventually backfire on you.
All behavior in the dressing room is being watched by Matsuda of Hiking Walking ⇒ Don't let your guard down even in a space with only insiders.
Staff are not your disciples ⇒ Do what you can do yourself.
If asking for a purchase, pay in advance ⇒ Be considerate of the other person's life.
Check the performance history of "Living Comedians" ⇒ Do not neglect any preparation.
If you mess up a sale, it will spread throughout the company by the next day ⇒ People who do the ordinary things ordinarily are trusted.
