Mamoru Nagano Profile
Born in 1960, a designer from Maizuru City, Kyoto Prefecture.
In 1983, he joined Japan Sunrise (now Bandai Namco Filmworks).
In 1984, he was selected for character and mechanical design in the TV anime "Heavy Metal L-Gaim," which garnered significant attention. After participating in TV anime such as "Mobile Suit Z Gundam," he began serializing "The Five Star Stories" in "Monthly Newtype" in 1986.
In 2012, he released the animated film "Gothicmade," for which he served as director and screenwriter. Additionally, from 2024 to 2026, he held the "DESIGNS Mamoru Nagano Design Exhibition" in five cities across Japan.
