KADOKAWA Corporation (hereinafter: KADOKAWA) and Tatsuya Hiyoshi, a professional mahjong player belonging to the Japan Professional Mahjong League and the official commentator for M.LEAGUE (M League), are pleased to announce the "Hiyoshi Tatsuya no Zenin Shugo" Clip Guidelines, utilizing KADOKAWA's secondary use management and revenue distribution service 'CSP (Creator Support Program, pronounced: C.S.P.)', effective April 1, 2026 (Wednesday).

This will enable the posting and monetization of YouTube clip videos in accordance with the guidelines.

Furthermore, by combining these guidelines with the clip guidelines for "M League," "KADOKAWA Sakura Knights," and "Akasaka Drivens," which also utilize CSP, it will be possible to post composite clips that combine these contents.

For details, please refer to the clip guidelines and the section on composite clips below.

CSP enables "Composite Clips" that cite multiple sources in one channel

CSP's clipping service has independently built a system that allows revenue distribution to the respective rights holders even when a single clipping channel posts content utilizing multiple sources from different rights holders.

This enables clipping creators to create unique edits that combine content from different rights holders, featuring common characters or themes, which would not be possible with a single copyrighted work alone.

What is "CSP (Creator Support Program)"?

"CSP" is a service that utilizes YouTube's MCN (*1) function and KADOKAWA's independently developed secondary use management and revenue distribution system, enabling creators and rights holders to gain new revenue and PR opportunities (service launched in March 2022).

Under its corporate mission of "To be a Creative Platformer that connects global talent with inspiration," KADOKAWA Group aims to foster a "chain of creation" worldwide by deploying CSP, allowing secondary use of its own anime (partial) and creators' content, and other copyrighted works (IP).

Currently, a wide range of YouTube channels, including domestic and international VTubers and streamers, official anime channels, and clip channels, utilize CSP. The number of participating channels exceeds 780, with a cumulative subscriber count of over 68 million (*2).

Creators and rights holders interested in CSP are encouraged to contact us.

(*1)MCNs are third-party service providers that affiliate with multiple YouTube channels and offer services including audience development, content programming, creator collaborations, digital rights management, monetization, and sales.
