This service is a customer acquisition support service that automatically handles the specialized AI search optimization "AIO" (※1) on behalf of stores. It supports everything from a single store to multiple stores and chain operations, allowing store owners to easily create a state where they are "recommended" by AI, leading to new customer acquisition. Furthermore, it constantly monitors the behavior of major AIs such as ChatGPT, Gemini, and Claude, and continuously optimizes the service in response to algorithm changes.
In the store customer acquisition market of approximately 1.9 million stores nationwide (※2), responding to AI search is a new area where significant market expansion is expected. Through this service, GMO Commerce aims to establish a new standard for store customer acquisition as a pioneer in the AIO market for stores.

In recent years, users' methods of searching for stores have begun to shift from searching by keywords like "Shibuya Yakiniku" and choosing from a list, to asking AIs like ChatGPT to suggest places, such as "Find a private room yakiniku restaurant in Shibuya that's good for dates." Furthermore, AI summaries are now appearing in regular search results, such as Google Search's "AI Overviews" and "AI Mode," and LINE Yahoo's "Agent i," rapidly increasing the presence of AI in the search experience. Therefore, preparing an environment that makes it easy to be chosen by AI has become important.
44.0% of people have experience using AI to search for stores and facilities, and 57.0% (※3) believe this will increase in the future. Additionally, in surveys on actual visits to restaurants prompted by social media or AI, "AI suggestions such as ChatGPT" accounted for the largest proportion (※4), indicating that AI is becoming a new customer acquisition channel.
Amidst these changes, it is not easy for stores to proceed with AI search optimization on their own. AI information evaluation requires specialized knowledge, and algorithms change daily, demanding continuous adaptation. For stores focused on their core business, keeping up with these changes is not realistic.

By having customers' genuine feedback correctly recognized by AI search, it becomes easier to convey the store's appeal to those considering a visit.
3. Automatically generates a dedicated store page that AI can "find"
Within the service's management tool, a dedicated URL is issued for each store, and the page is automatically constructed with an information structure that AI can easily understand. It covers essential information such as basic store details, customer feedback, and frequently asked questions, functioning as an information source that AI can easily recognize.
