GMO's cashless payment service 'enpay byGMO' integrates with Spiral Locas' school communication system 'Sughool'

GMO Enpay, Inc. (CEO: Junichi Moriwa, hereinafter "GMO Enpay"), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has launched a service integration between its cashless payment collection service "enpay byGMO" and "Sughool," a school communication system provided by Spiral Locas, Inc.

In educational institutions, payment collection processes often involve separate channels for general communication and payment-related notifications, creating operational burdens for both staff and parents. These challenges tend to become particularly evident during key periods such as fiscal year transitions or peak seasons. To support budget planning and operational design at schools and local governments, the two companies will begin rolling out this integration nationwide from June 2026, including to existing customers.

Facilities (※2) using "Sughool" can now deliver payment-related notifications (such as payment requests, payment results, and re-billing notices) sent from "enpay byGMO" directly through the "Sughool" platform that parents already use daily. This creates a unified environment where both institutions and parents can manage all communications—including payment notifications—within a single platform.

With "Sughool," institutions can consolidate all communication and payment-related notifications into one platform. This reduces the need to use multiple tools or issue individual notices, significantly lowering the operational burden on school staff.

Parents will now receive all payment-related notifications (including payment requests, results, and reminders) through "Sughool," the same platform they use for regular school communications, eliminating the need to monitor multiple channels.
