GMO Enpay, Inc. (CEO: Junichi Moriwa, hereinafter "GMO Enpay"), a member of the GMO Internet Group, has launched a service integration between its cashless payment collection service "enpay byGMO" and "Sughool," a school communication system provided by Spiral Locas, Inc.

In educational institutions, payment collection processes often involve separate channels for general communication and payment-related notifications, creating operational burdens for both staff and parents. These challenges tend to become particularly evident during key periods such as fiscal year transitions or peak seasons. To support budget planning and operational design at schools and local governments, the two companies will begin rolling out this integration nationwide from June 2026, including to existing customers.

(※1) GMO Enpay is a consolidated subsidiary of GMO Payment Gateway, Inc.

【Value Enabled by This Integration】

Facilities (※2) using "Sughool" can now deliver payment-related notifications (such as payment requests, payment results, and re-billing notices) sent from "enpay byGMO" directly through the "Sughool" platform that parents already use daily. This creates a unified environment where both institutions and parents can manage all communications—including payment notifications—within a single platform.

Value for institutions: Centralized communication and payment notifications

With "Sughool," institutions can consolidate all communication and payment-related notifications into one platform. This reduces the need to use multiple tools or issue individual notices, significantly lowering the operational burden on school staff.

Value for parents: Consolidated notification channel

Parents will now receive all payment-related notifications (including payment requests, results, and reminders) through "Sughool," the same platform they use for regular school communications, eliminating the need to monitor multiple channels.

Main notifications delivered via "Sughool"

- Payment requests

- Payment results

- Reminders (re-billing notices) for unpaid items, etc.

(※2) Additional setup is required to enable integration. For institutions already using both services and interested in integration, please contact GMO Enpay directly or via the inquiry form.

【About "Sughool"] (URL: https://www.locas.info/sughool/ )

"Sughool" is a school communication system designed to support initiatives related to improving working conditions for educators and fostering stronger school-community ties.

By adopting "Sughool," schools can centrally manage routine operations such as messaging, absence/late arrival notifications, surveys, and health logs, significantly reducing the workload for both staff and parents. Currently adopted by over 200 boards of education nationwide, "Sughool" also supports integration with external systems such as school administration platforms and payment collection systems.

【About "enpay byGMO"] (URL: https://www.enpay.co.jp/ )

"enpay byGMO" is a payment collection support service that enables cashless, paperless processing for all payment collection needs in the childcare and education sectors, dramatically simplifying administrative tasks.

With "enpay byGMO," institutions can manage cashless collections entirely online, completing tasks from invoice issuance to accounting data generation in approximately 30 minutes—all without paper.

Moving forward, the service aims to promote digital transformation (DX) in payment operations within the childcare and education sectors, creating more time for teachers and childcare workers to focus on education and care, thereby expanding opportunities for children.

【About GMO Enpay, Inc.】

Operating under the mission "Kind Fintech for Everyone," GMO Enpay provides a FinTech × SaaS platform dedicated to enabling cashless payments and digital transformation (DX) in payment collection for the childcare and education sectors.

Traditionally reliant on cash payments and limited computer use, the childcare and education sectors still involve significant cash-based transactions. Institutions face numerous administrative tasks such as announcing amounts, issuing receipts, and following up with parents for unpaid fees, while parents must prepare cash. To address these challenges, GMO Enpay offers an end-to-end solution that integrates billing, payment, and payment reconciliation—incorporating digital-era needs such as chat app-style interfaces.

Its core services, "enpay byGMO" and "koufuri+ byGMO," are built on multiple patented business models. GMO Enpay also focuses on developing user-friendly UI/UX designs that reduce both physical and psychological burdens for institutions and parents, and actively advances product development leveraging AI, including features like the "Easy AI Billing Registration."

Since its founding in November 2018, the company has continued to grow, with over 3,400 facilities nationwide adopting its services—including daycare centers, kindergartens, schools, and after-school programs (※3)—and increasing adoption among local governments.
