GMO Cyber Security by Ierae Establishes "GMO National Security, Inc."

GMO Cyber Security by Ierae Inc. (Representative Director and CEO: Makoto Makita, hereinafter "GMO Cyber Security by Ierae") (*1), a member of GMO Internet Group, will establish "GMO National Security, Inc." (Representative Director and President: Taizo Ogoshi, hereinafter "GMO National Security") on May 29, 2026. The new company aims to provide comprehensive cyber attack countermeasures support, including intelligence, in compliance with the security clearance system, targeting national administrative agencies and critical infrastructure operators.

This establishment will enable the private sector to build a system for handling important national security information held by the government, realizing participation in national-level cyber security areas that were previously limited.
