Ecomott Inc. (Headquarters: Sapporo, Hokkaido, Representative Director: Takuya Irisawa, hereinafter "Ecomott") announces that its consolidated subsidiary, GRIFFY Inc. (Headquarters: Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo, Representative Director: Takuya Irisawa, hereinafter "GRIFFY"), will add new functions to its physical condition management solution "GenVital LTE" starting mid-April 2026. The new features include a "Crouching Detection Function," an "AI Advice Function," and integration with the field chat "direct" provided by L is B Corp.

Overview of New Features <Crouching Detection Function> If a worker remains motionless due to poor physical condition, it is detected as "crouching," and in addition to an alert on the wristband itself, an alert email is sent to the work manager. The manager can check the location and time of occurrence from a dedicated cloud service, enabling a prompt response.

<AI Advice Function> Based on data collected from wristband wearers, a weekly report comparing the past two weeks is sent every week. In addition to displaying a digest of alert frequencies and workloads, AI provides advice on physical condition management. This supports organizing precautions for work and giving instructions to field workers.

<Integration with field chat 'direct'> It is now possible to push various GenVital LTE alerts to the field chat "direct," which is widely used at construction sites. By allowing confirmations through daily communication tools, it prevents work managers from missing alerts and reduces the time lag before action is taken. * A "direct" account is required to receive notifications.

The implementation of these new functions will further improve the safety of field workers and streamline safety management.

GenVital LTE Product Overview - Based on the field worker's heart rate and location data collected from the wristband, and the heat index at the construction site, calculations are performed using a physical condition management judgment algorithm, a patented technology of Obayashi Corporation. Workers' physical conditions are promptly notified to the work manager and the worker themselves as a 4-level comprehensive alert, strongly supporting physical condition management. - Data is sent directly via LTE communication from the wristband that measures heart rate to the dedicated cloud service "GRIFFY wear.", so field workers can easily use it just by wearing the wristband. Heart rate measurement intervals are 20 seconds, and data on the cloud service is updated every minute. Heart rate, heat index, SOS signals, and fall occurrences can be checked in real-time. - Functions to detect wearer falls and to send SOS signals to managers are also implemented. Location data makes it easy to identify the subject. Furthermore, the heat index can be obtained via API integration from Weathernews, allowing you to use the product without measuring the heat index on-site. - In 2025, just half a year after launch, it was introduced to over 100 companies and 2,300 units. It was highly evaluated for its effectiveness, advanced nature, and ripple effect at the "Reiwa 7 Infrastructure DX Awards" sponsored by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, and received the "Startu
