GREENING Co., Ltd. (Shibuya-ku, Tokyo, CEO: Masato Sekiguchi) and FHG HOTELS (Kasumigaseki Capital Group, Representative Director: Hidekazu Ogata) will open "BASE LAYER HOTEL KOBE SANNOMIYA" on November 10, 2026 (Tue).

Following its opening in Nagoya Nishiki in July 2025 and the opening of its second facility in Fukuoka in April 2026, the culture business hotel "BASE LAYER HOTEL" will establish its third location in Kobe.

"BASE LAYER" refers to the basic functional wear worn during outdoor activities such as mountaineering. BASE LAYER HOTEL was born as a hotel brand with "basic functions" as a base for travel, aimed at those who enjoy active city exploration.

From business to travel. BASE LAYER HOTEL is a culture business hotel that offers a fresh accommodation experience to all guests, regardless of age, gender, or nationality. Centered around "rice and steak," it offers a dining experience that can be enjoyed casually in a sophisticated modern space that breaks away from the image of a traditional steakhouse. The robust flavor of Kobe beef grilled over charcoal is complemented by freshly cooked white rice. It is a place that engraves the satisfaction of a simple yet heart-stirring "bite" into your travel memories.

In the morning, a half-buffet style breakfast featuring beef chazuke and roast beef salad will be offered. Lunch will focus on special beef rice burgers and Hayashi rice. Dinner will feature Wagyu steaks, including Kobe beef, and can be enjoyed with carefully selected alcoholic beverages, including wine.
