This move is designed to strengthen the delivery of AI functionalities to both users and clients. Along with this integration, the brand concept and logo of Aumo have been refreshed, with a phased rollout starting April 3, 2026.

Through this brand consolidation, various DX/AX solutions—including the outing community, SaaS for store customer attraction, and social media/influencer/creator utilization—will be unified under the 'Aumo' name. This allows the company to provide one-stop support spanning online and offline channels, from initial brand awareness to experience and post-purchase relationship building.

### Background of Brand Integration Aumo has provided a marketing SaaS for store operators and an outing community app with over 5.5 million cumulative downloads, focusing on the restaurant, accommodation, and tourism sectors. In its solution business, it has also supported social media and influencer marketing in the lifestyle domain.

With the government's goal of reaching 60 million inbound tourists and 15 trillion yen in consumption by 2030, inbound visitors in 2025 already surpassed 42 million, and consumption surged to 9 trillion yen. Entering a further growth phase toward 2030, capturing inbound demand has become a major opportunity for tourism businesses.

However, many companies find it difficult to start new initiatives due to labor shortages. Gree X aims to support these businesses by combining operational efficiency through AI with enhanced customer attraction capabilities.

By integrating the DX solution business into the Aumo brand, the company establishes a system to provide customer attraction initiatives in a one-stop manner. Through integrated support across online and offline channels, Gree X aims to create an environment where local businesses can grow beyond the constraints of labor shortages.

### New Brand Concept and Logo Design Along with the integration, Aumo's brand concept and logo have been refreshed. The brand's spelling will also change from 'aumo' to 'Aumo'.

**Brand Concept: 'Make outings more fun, and life richer'** Connecting businesses, creators, and users to enrich the experience of visiting and purchasing. To express this new role, the brand concept was set as 'Make outings more fun, and life richer.' It embodies the idea that accumulating small discoveries and encounters in daily life enriches life itself.

**New Logo Design** The new logo adopts a compass motif. Rather than pointing to a destination, it symbolizes a 'clue' for individuals to find the direction they want to take according to their own interests and values.

The new brand logo (VI) is scheduled to be rolled out across services, products, and various communications starting April 3, 2026.
