At "Garden Dining Kanra," where guests can enjoy a leisurely time while gazing at a Japanese garden, à la carte menu items have been suspended for a long time since 2020 due to the impact of the COVID-19 pandemic. During lunch, we primarily offered set meals (Gozen), and during dinner, we offered Kaiseki (multi-course) meals. In response to customer requests, we are now relaunching our à la carte menu for dinner under the new theme of "New Exquisite Dishes." To ensure that both local customers and guests from within Japan and abroad can enjoy our offerings, we will provide a variety of meticulously crafted dishes, including standard sashimi and grilled fish, as well as tempura, alongside the chef's recommended homemade specialties. We will also offer a wide selection of Japanese sake, primarily from Hokkaido. Whether you're stopping by for a casual drink after work or for a more intimate gathering with friends and family, we invite you to spend a pleasant spring evening with dishes that offer a delightful choice.

Sapporo Grand Hotel was born in 1934 under the advocacy of His Imperial Highness Prince Chichibu, serving as a reception room for the political and business world and a social gathering place for citizens. As Hokkaido's first full-fledged Western-style hotel, it played a role as a window to Western culture.
